Rates & Policies: All reservations must be made and secured
by a responsible party 21 years of age or older and must occupy the property during the reservation time. Because of the historic
nature of the house, No Pets, No smoking, and No children under 12 years of age are permitted. All payments are charged to
your credit card on the date the reservation is made. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Rates
are subject to change without notice. Cancellations: Our cancellation policy is ten (10) days prior to arrival. If
you should cancel your reservation within 10 days or less of your scheduled arrival date, your credit card will be charged
for the full amount of your stay. Also, all cancellations will be charged a $25 cancellation/processing fee. There are
no refunds for early departures. Naegelins Haus Bed & Breakfast, and Naegelins Bakery are not responsible for any
damage or lost property. There is a two-night minimum stay on weekends during the months of May thru September. Some holidays,
special events, and Wurstfest events have a three-night minimum. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
Late checkouts will be charged $10 per one half hour. Prices are for double occupancy. Additional people are $20 each
per night. There is a maximum of four guests allowed. Off-street parking is available for all guests. Thanks for your
